VoiceAbility Launch
Date: 1 May 2026 Location: Parramatta, NSW Registration required We are proud to officially launch VoiceAbility - our self-advocacy and empowerment program. VoiceAbility helps people with disability know their rights, speak up confidently in planning conversations, and take control of their own supports and lives. Come and be part of this milestone.
Disability Employment & Inclusive Workplace Expo
Date: Week of 13–17 October 2026 (National Disability Employment Awareness Month) Location: Parramatta, NSW Free entry - open to employers, job seekers, and providers A flagship expo connecting job seekers with disability, inclusive employers, GTO traineeship hosts, and allied health and employment service providers. Features live employer panels, trainee showcases, and practical workshops on inclusive recruitment and workplace adjustments. Proudly held during National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
Carers Breakfast - Carers Week 2026
Date: Carers Week, October 2026 (date TBC) Location: Parramatta, NSW Free - carers, families and supporters welcome Our annual Carers Breakfast celebrates the incredible contribution of carers across our community. Enjoy a warm breakfast, inspiring speakers, and connect with other carers and support services. Held during National Carers Week to honour and acknowledge the people who show up every day.
International Day of People with Disability - Christmas Breakfast 2026
Date: 3 December 2026 Location: Parramatta, NSW Free community event - all welcome Our much-loved annual IDPWD Christmas Breakfast celebrates International Day of People with Disability in style.
