We operate through two branches: the Ability Advocates Foundation, focused on advocacy and outreach, and Ability Advocates Australia, providing allied health, employment assistance, and capacity-building services. Our shared mission is to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families across Parramatta and beyond.
Support across health, employment, and daily living
Ability Advocates provides comprehensive support through NDIS Service Agreements and GTO Host Employer Agreements, helping individuals with disabilities access the right services and achieve their goals.

Allied health services
Psychology, occupational therapy, and diagnostic assessments tailored to individual needs and funded through NDIS or Medicare.

Employment assistance
Job coaching, career pathways, and traineeships to help individuals find and keep meaningful employment in Parramatta and beyond.

Capacity building
Skill development programs designed to build independence, confidence, and capability in daily living and community participation.

Advocacy and outreach
NDIS access support, system navigation, and human rights advocacy to empower individuals and families through informed decision-making.

Personal care support
Daily living assistance including personal care, domestic help, and community participation to promote independence and wellbeing.

System navigation
Guidance through NDIS, funding options, and service connections so individuals can access the right support for their circumstances.
