Support built around you - not your funding category.
We start with what you need, then build the right mix of supports around your goals, your strengths, and what matters most to you. Whether you are new to the system or looking to expand your independence - we are with you.

Everything you need - in one place
We support people with disabilities across every stage of life - from advocacy and therapy to employment, community participation, and home support. Every service is needs-led, not funding-led.

Advocacy & Outreach
Free, independent advocacy through the Ability Advocates Foundation - for people without formal NDIS funding. We advocate across health, education, justice, housing, social services, disability rights, and safety concerns. We stand beside you when it matters most, regardless of your funding status.

Allied Health & Amplified Therapy
OT, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Counselling, Exercise Physiology, and Behaviour Support - delivered individually or through our Amplified Therapy Services program, which combines group and individual therapy into a holistic, multi-modal support model.

VoiceABILITY
VoiceAbility is an NDIA-funded initiative by Ability Advocates that helps people with disabilities and their families build self-advocacy skills and understand their rights. Through resources, education, and training, VoiceAbility prepares people to speak up confidently in Workplace, Housing and Accommodation, Health, and Education settings - supporting greater independence, quality of life, and community participation.

Inclusive Recruitment
We match you with disability-confident employers and support you from application to onboarding. Includes a Candidate Success Profile (OT/Psych input), interview preparation, and employer engagement to ensure the right adjustments are in place from day one.

Employment Pathways & Training
Build confidence, skills and a clear pathway to work or study - with OT and Psychology built in from day one. Weekly programs, traineeships, accredited vocational training, and real employer connections. Available 1, 3, or 5 days per week.

Home & Community Support
Practical, person-centred support in your home and community - daily living assistance, home modifications, assistive technology, community participation, and social skill-building. Funded through NDIS, Aged Care, or private arrangements.
