Support that changes lives. Services that see the whole person.
From independent advocacy and allied health to employment pathways and home support - every service we offer starts with a conversation about you. Your goals. Your strengths. Your barriers. From there, we identify the right supports and the right funding pathway to get you there.

Every service you need - under one roof.
You do not need to know which service is right for you. Just tell us what is happening - we will listen, then match the right pathway and funding model to your goals. We accept referrals from individuals, families, GPs, hospitals, support coordinators, allied health professionals, schools, and employers.

Advocacy & Outreach
When the system feels impossible to navigate, we stand beside you. Free, independent advocacy through the Ability Advocates Foundation - covering health, education, justice, housing, disability rights, and safety. No NDIS plan needed. No funding required. Just someone firmly in your corner.

Therapy & Allied Health
A genuinely integrated allied health team - Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Exercise Physiology, and Behaviour Support - working together around your goals, not your funding category. Available individually or through our Amplified Therapy model. Funded via NDIS, Medicare, Private Health, or self-funded.

Employment & Career
From school leavers taking their first steps to adults ready for their next move - we build real pathways to work. SLES/AbilityNEXT, Find & Keep a Job, Employment Pathways & Training, Career Transition, and Paid Traineeships through our registered Group Training Organisation. Available with or without NDIS funding.

Daily Living & Community Support
Practical, respectful support that fits around your life - not the other way around. Personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, community participation, skill-building, and social connection. We work alongside you at your own pace, focused on what independence actually looks like for you. Funded via NDIS Core Supports, My Aged Care, or privately.

Support for Families & Carers
Caring for someone with a disability is demanding work - and carers deserve their own support. Our psychologist-facilitated programs include the Carer Resilience & Wellbeing Program, Sibling Tribe, Family Advocacy, and Carer Workshops - built around the real pressures of caring, not just what a funding category covers. Available with or without NDIS funding.

Inclusive Workplaces & NDIS Providers
Inclusion that goes beyond a policy document. We help employers build Disability Inclusion Action Plans, deliver disability confidence training, support inclusive recruitment, and host GTO traineeships. For NDIS providers, we offer quality and safeguarding capability building grounded in the NDIS Practice Standards. Funded via corporate partnerships, fee-for-service, or NDIS provider agreements.
